Community guidelines

Last updated: October 24, 2026

RunWay’s community is private and lives in your ears: crews of friends, crew challenges and duels. No public feed, no public leaderboard, no likes. These few rules keep it friendly. You accept them once, before you create or join a crew or accept a duel.

The rules

  1. What others see. Your first name, your runs (distance, time, type of run, date) and your duel results are visible to your crew members and to the people you challenge. Your route stays hidden unless you choose to show it (Settings › Community › Show my route).
  2. Respect. No insults, harassment, hateful or sexual content, or spam, including in crew and challenge names. Names go through a filter, but you’re responsible for what you write.
  3. No cheating. Only real runs, run by you: no runs recorded in a car, on a bike or by someone else.
  4. You stay in control. You can report a crew, a person or a challenge, block someone (they disappear for you everywhere, and you for them) and leave a crew at any time. A crew’s creator can remove a member.
  5. Moderation. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content or accounts that break these rules are removed.
